A physiological solution of sodium chloride and peptone intended for testing animal carcasses for Salmonella in accordance with the PN-ISO 17604 standard. The solution combines the protective properties of peptone and, thanks to an appropriate level of sodium chloride, prevents shock and damage to microorganisms.
