Desam ox is designed for the disinfection of large and small surfaces and medical equipment.
It is a liquid concentrate based on hydrogen peroxide, designed for simultaneous cleaning and disinfection in healthcare facilities, medical centres, care homes, dental and physiotherapy practices, solariums, wellness centres, gyms, tattoo and piercing studios, for home prevention (to prevent the spread of diseases and infections) and general prevention.
Desam ox does not contain aldehydes (it does not cause allergic reactions in those carrying out disinfection or in people present in the room after disinfection).
Desam ox has bactericidal properties (effective against Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and enterococci), fungicidal properties (it inactivates yeasts of the genus Candida albicans, which cause candidiasis and yeast infections, and of the genus Aspergillus, which causes aspergillosis), mycobactericidal (against tuberculosis mycobacteria), and inactivates adenoviruses (viruses causing often asymptomatic infections of the upper respiratory tract and throat), rotaviruses (the most common cause of diarrhoea, especially in young children), hepatitis B viruses and HIV.
The main ingredient in Desam Ox – hydrogen peroxide – breaks down into oxygen and water after releasing active oxygen and completing the disinfection process, whilst the other cationic and non-ionic surfactants contained in the preparation are biodegradable in accordance with the Detergents Regulation.
How to use Desam ox:
Surfaces: walls, floors, furniture and all other fittings in halls, corridors and rooms should be wiped down with the solution. It is best to immerse objects in the solution and leave them for 5–15 minutes. After disinfection, particularly of large surfaces, the room should be well ventilated.
